EDMED 4 LEVELS OF CERTIFICATION

Level 1: Entry Level Course

It is intended for health care practitioners who have some previous experience in energetic systems including Chinese Medicine, Homeopathy and Homotoxicology.  These are prerequisites because we don’t have time to go over these systems of medicine, but a review is included in the Appendix.  We will however do a quick overview of electricity so that you are familiar with the terms.  We do have articles available about research in Chinese Medicine and Homeopathy that are available to you.

In this course you will learn the following:

  • Dr. Voll and how he discovered a way to measure Chinese Medicine acupuncture points.

  • The evidence base for Electrodermal Screening.

  • We will go over the main Acupuncture points and teach you the technique for testing them.

  • Then we will go over the hardware and software of the EDMED. By the end of the course, you should be able to do general electrodermal screening and identify bacterial and viral infections.

You must complete this online course and pass the on-line certification test in order to be granted admission to the 3 day hands-on seminar that Nitek presents periodically in Scottsdale, Arizona. You must pass the hands-on competency test at the end of the hands-on course. These are prerequisite to advancing to Level 2.

Level 2: Case Studies in Electrodermal Screening

Each participant is required to perform 20 screenings, write up and submit a case report of each of these sessions for feedback from the instructors.  By the end of this course, participants should feel comfortable doing screenings.

Level 3: Electrodermal Screening for Specialty Application

There are currently 9 specialty level courses including: Allergy/Sensitivity; Cancer; Cardiology; Dental Applications; Endocrinology; Gastroenterology; Neurology; Pain, Inflammation and Musculoskeletal Applications; and Internal Toxification.
