The Wave of the Future in Computerized Bioenergetics Testing

The EDMED (Electrodermal Screening System) represents the latest in electronic technology used to test the body own Autonomic Response by non-invasively measuring specific points of high conductance on the skin.  This new application of information technology combines modern computer and electronics engineering with the time proven principles of Acupuncture and Homeopathy. Based on EAV, VEGA and other EAP techniques developed over the past 50 years, the EDMED will reliably produce results for your practice today and will expand your future in health care tomorrow.

How Does It Work?

The human body uses micro electric currents to send messages and respond to stimulation. Not only are these electrical signals in the torso of a patient, but they are throughout the body. These currents can be detected and analyzed ECG, EEG, EOG and EMG, for example. These devices use electrical probes at points on the body to pick up micro electrical signals from the tissues. These signals are then evaluated against a normal pattern. The doctor interprets any unusual signals and an analysis of the patient is made.

The EDMED works through an electrical probe placed on various points on the body, used to deliver a stimulus (message) and pick up the micro electrical signals generated by the body response. These signals are then evaluated against normal responses. The doctor interprets any unusual signals and an analysis of the patient is made.

What Does It Test For?

  • Tests for sensitivities to inhalants, chemicals, foods

  • Screening for dysfunction of internal organs

  • Screening for imbalance of hormones, neurotransmitters and metabolic chemistry

  • Screening for infections of all types

  • Pain management

  • Useful to follow patient progress
